Culinary Station
(6th to 8th grade)
The Culinary Station is headed by Brandon “Leo” Cantu. Mr. Leo attended California College of the Arts after obtaining a degree in business administration while completing multiple online culinary arts courses. In the Culinary Station, students will be taught fundamental and advanced cooking techniques ranging from basic knife skills to various cooking methods for multicultural dishes. Students will learn design techniques through artistic plating, culinary skills through self-created recipes, spice blends and more.
